Tag, I'm It

I was tagged by Selo's Mini (here) on this one. She also tagged my elementary-school friend, Silly Scrubs, who did her post here.

The Rules: “Each person posts the rules before their list, then they list 8 things about themselves. At the end of the post, that person tags and links to 8 other people and then visits those peoples’ sites and comments letting them know that they have been tagged, and to come read the post, so they know what they have to do.”

1. Blogging: I started blogging almost a year ago (about 3 more weeks to go) and my goal was to blog 365 times in one year. This is blog 234, so I'm not going to make it all the way to 365, but close enough. I've really enjoyed blogging and I'm pretty sure I'll be continuing for another year.

2. Friends: I've known my best friends for over a decade and just had the awesome experience of visiting them in my hometown for the first time in three years. One just had her first baby, another just bought her first house. I love spending time with gals who have known me since I was eleven.

3. Husband: Ryan and I got married just before Christmas in 2005. I love Christmas and couldn't have wished for a better time of year to get married. The pastor that married us had a few things to say during the ceremony that we didn't appreciate, but aside from that our wedding day was 100% perfect. So many friends and family members came to be with us on that day. The weather was perfect. Ryan and I were so happy. The place we got married was gorgeous. Awwwww......my wedding was incredible!

4. Tastes: I love yogurt. I eat it almost every day. My favorite is Dannon Light and Fit. When it is on sale I buy one of every single flavor they offer. Yum. I also love frozen yogurt, my favorite is Golden Spoon and my second favorite is Yogurtland.

5. Family: I'm really excited to have kids some day. I play this down all the time because I don't like it when people expect me to have them soon (I'm not even close to ready), and because I really like my current status of bread-winning career-woman. But when the time is right, I can't wait to have a couple of babies....

6. Dislikes: I cannot stand the sight of blood, guts, surgery, tendons, etc etc ect.....disgusting and makes me feel like fainting. I despise mayonnaise, vinegar (and therefore pickles and vinegar-based salad dressings), mustard. I cannot stand snakes, including pictures or real life snakes even if they are in cages. My pet peeves are dirty bathrooms, lame excuses, and when my husband puts his feet on the kitchen table.

7. Bad Habits: I'm prone to gossiping and have to remind myself not to. I have horrible grammer and don't spell very well. I don't replace the toilet paper when I use the last square.

8. Hobbies: I love country music, reading, growing tomatoes, hiking, traveling to new places, cooking and dining and wine and entertaining, mountains, massages, business and finance and accounting, facials, and magazines.
